HELP! MY ORDER DIDN'T GO THROUGH BUT THE MONEY HAS BEEN TAKEN FROM MY ACCOUNT?

If this has happened it is likely because you entered an incorrect zip/ post code on your billing address, and it doesn't match your card. Your funds will be held as "pending" by your bank and will be automatically returned to you within 24-48 hours. Please contact your bank if your money is not returned after this time. If you would like to try again, please ensure you use the correct zip code to where your card is registered.  

 

I HAVEN'T RECEIVED AN ORDER CONFIRMATION OR ANY TRACKING UPDATES?

Please check your spam/ junk folder as sometimes our emails can land there. If you have checked there and still can't see anything from us, please get in touch at info@nusculptskin.com, so we can look into this for you and check we have the correct email address for you. 

 

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

All your purchases are packed and fulfilled within 1-4 working days after you have placed your order. Your order should be delivered to you within 7-14 business days, depending on your location. For remote areas, please allow an extra 5-10 days. You will receive a tracking number with your order so you can keep an eye on its progress. Please note that during peak periods these times may be delayed slightly. 

 

ONLY ONE OF MY SPHERES IS EMITTING CURRENT?

One metallic sphere is a positive pole and the other is a negative pole. The current flows from one sphere to another, so you will only ever feel current from one sphere at a time- it is designed like this to ensure that the current flows optimally.

 

I CAN'T FEEL IT WORKING AND MY DEVICE ISN'T VIBRATING?

The device should not vibrate, and you will only feel it working when you use it with a water based gel, serum or moisturiser. We like to use either hyaluronic acid or aloe vera gel, but any water based product is fine! Please do not use any oil based products as these will not conduct the current and your device won't work with them. 

When you press the power button, you should see a light come on on the front display. You can press the power button to cycle through the levels of intensity- we recommend starting on the lowest and building up to a higher setting to make sure you're comfortable. If you experience any muscle twitching or discomfort, please try using less serum/ gel. 

Please make sure that both metal balls are making contact with the gel/ serum on the skin at the same time to conduct the current. 

It is worth noting that everyone experiences microcurrent differently- some people feel it very strongly where others hardly feel it at all. How much you can feel is not an indicator of the results you will achieve, and the most important thing is to be consistent to train your facial muscles and achieve results.

HOW LONG CAN I START SEEING RESULTS?

Our customers start seeing results in a few days - most see drastically visible results and differences around 2-3 weeks. Please follow the instructions on your device product page for specific usage directions. It is important to note that consistency is key with all our devices and you will see the biggest change after using them for 60 days.
